Monica Brenoskie is a modern heirloom doll maker, pattern designer, and textile artist. Currently residing in Okinawa, Japan, she works out of her home studio. Her cloth creations, inspired from the traditionally wooden kokeshi dolls, are her most notable work and style.

When she’s not sewing for clients, her home, or experimenting with new designs, she enjoys time with her husband, three daughters, and dog.

Current works can be viewed and  purchased at: www.sasaloo.com
